Over the course of my corporate life, I have undergone, lived, studied, learnt from and experienced several chapters; of life and that of business. I am blessed and lucky to enjoy the continued journey of the same. With over 50 plus years of corporate experience, I have seen market fluctuation, political instability, inflation, recession, mass hiring, major lay-offs and their consequent impact on the job market. Organisations started becoming cautious at hiring and towards the end of 90s, there was a surge of big corporations and entrepreneurs availing the services of recruitment firms.
I take great pride in saying that we have been supporting corporations in the US with the best employment services available in the market for over 20 years. Outside of the US, we’ve seen massive changes and growth in the European, and specially Asian market. Alongside the on-going growth in the economies of BRIC, we envision great opportunity in India. Taking this opportunity, we planned to initiate our services for the India market.
